My goal is to provided stimulating thoughts and topics in the blog to help you size-up your current leadership situations. The website will offer resources including books, websites, articles, and training programs to ignite you as a leader.
I have identified the elements of the fire service leadership triangle and tetrahedron. This site may be a source of ignition or a fan the flames of growth, but it will not provide the fuel. This must come from within the individual. It will also not provide the environment for you to go from incipent to fully-developed.
